we accept visa, mastercard, discover and american express. credit card payments are processed through industry standard SSL secure servers. we do not accept money orders, checks or phone orders at this time. confirmation of your order followed by shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you when the item is shipped. we use UPS as our shipping method and orders usually ship the next business day.
purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of UPS delivery date. item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags in place for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). include a copy of the sales receipt and circle the item that you are returning or exchanging. (please note exchange or credit) it is always best to send your package in a method that is trackable.
